The top of the ring is platinum and the ring shape is marked 18K. The ring is set with 8 rose cut diamonds and 1 old mine cut diamonds. The diamonds are I color VS-2 clarity. There are 24 natural blue French cut sapphires on the border of the ring. The ring is in excellent condition.
