Antique art deco 1920s black silk chiffon hematite colored glass beaded dress

We list new items frequently. This antique dress is from the 1920s and is made of silk chiffon with hematite colored beads in an art deco pattern on the front and back.

The beads are sewn in three large horizontal bands. There are also three rows of beads sewn around the neck.

This dress has a boxy, straight fit like a flapper dress but longer, more of an evening. There is no lining, and it is in good vintage condition considering it's age. There are few loose threads and missing beads. Approximately 95% of the beads and threads are intact. There is no shredding or shattering of the fabric. The hem at the neckline is going undone. There is a rip in the back of the neck.

There is a rip on the left side of the neckline. The left side seam is coming undone, causing one armhole to be larger than the other. The measurements are given while the dress is laying flat, the dress must be larger than you in order to achieve the boxy straight 1920s fit. Thank you for viewing our items!
