B & Sons Art Deco Solid Silver & Green Malachite Cigarette Box Case A stunning cigarette box in good condition with minor age related wear that does not detract from its overall presentation or use, at some point the lid has been repaired, there are small chips to 3 corners of the lid. The lid has some cracks as well and it has been carefully glued back together and reconstructed. It doesn't look too bad as the malachite has natural veining. The four sides and base are all in excellent condition with just one tiny chip to back left rear corner. The silver mount and gilt interior are fully hallmarked C. B & Sons, London, 1926. The inside of the box has a tilting Cigarette tray when opened it tilts the cigarettes forward and has a patent number 256860.
